After nearly 20 years as an executive with Nordstrom, Inc., I believe I understand what customer service truly means. As real estate agents we all service the same product. I do not feel my job is selling. I really don't want to sell you anything. What I want is to help both buyers and sellers alike come together and find common ground. I want to understand your needs and, with the resources available to me, help you meet them.

Buying or selling a home can be stressful. There are so many more elements today than in the past. Beyond being a people person, I feel organization and efficiency are my strengths.

Since the retirement of Helga Johnson, Barb Schwarz and Kirk Bohrer, my goal is to carry on the tradition of great Whidbey Island real estate service.
